                                                            Thermal Gas Mass Flow Meter  

Thermal Type Gas Mass Flowmeter utilizes the principle of heat exchange to measure fluid-flow. This meter employs method of constant temperature difference to accurately measure gas mass flow, and it has the advantages of small size, high degree of digitization, easy installation, accurate measurement, etc.
The sensor part consists of two platinum resistance converters of reference level. It utilizes bridge type loop circuit, with one converter measuring fluid temperature, and another maintaining constant temperature difference that is higher than fluid temperature. The measurement can be made under high temperature and high pressure situation.  


Features:
-Calibrate output analog quantity 
- Directly measure gas mass flow, and gas temperature also can be output of the measuring system.
-Be adopted modular design method and operating principle to make the instrument higher measurement efficiency.
-Quick installation and manipulation menu allows the user easy to set parameters, and the instrument can flexibly display.
-It can cumulatively calculate flow and store the information in the EEPROM memory, and information will not be lost when power outage.
-Pressure drop or pressure loss can be negligible.
-Ratio of wide range can be 100:1.             
-It can be installed on the circular or rectangular pipe.
-Each instrument is individually calibrated, and it can be determined calibration scheme according to the requirement of user.
-Easy installation and maintenance. If possible, on line installations and maintenance are allowed.
-Ball valve accessories can be chose to remove or replace instrument easily in low pressure and non-toxic gas environment.
-Good anti-seismic performance and long useful life. The converter doesn't contain movable part and pressure sense part, so that the measuring accuracy is not influenced by shaking.
